The author says that he tried to get the sound which would reflect the soul, the whole essence of the instrument, its character. The result were clicks which were supplemented and supported by filed records. Again, like with Hackbrett, Friedl's instrument experiments are not just banal eliciting sounds using standard approaches. Definite conception and experimental spirit as the basis of the work allow to penetrate to the structure of the device moving away from its "cover".
On the disc's cover there is depicted something resembling an insect, maybe a caterpillar... So on this disc there is everything to feel analogue Yamaha with its delicate, sensible stems, to move through the instrument's content moving irresolutely through the labyrinths of electronic boards: here's the huge installation of oscillator, and here flights the filter signal, from the outside come the sounds of "big" world... And everything has sense including portions of silence emphasizing definite moments not less than portions of sound. Well, in general Heribert Friedl successfully proceed his own creativity as well as the line of the label, by the way, he is its co-owner.
