The third release from series Whiteline by the young German label Aentitainment is a collection of five tracks by musicians from almost all over the world. In this compilation such names became notable: Igorrr, Mobthrow, Larvae, Ebola and some absolutely unknown to me project under the title Hello.jpg. The record is obviously strongly attached to dubstep so omnipresent nowadays with a touch of breakcore and drum'n'bass...

On the occasion of the 12th anniversary of its creative work German label Hymen prepared and released the double compilation Miwak Twelve consisting of 33 compositions by musicians both who already had releases on label and friendly teams. This compilation was released in collection sixpanel envelope covered with original minimalistic photos with information about location of all members of the project...
Compilation which recently has started on label Audiobulb Records is the new project of Francisco López, guru of such phenomenon as Musique Concrète. López's arrival to Birmingham in 2007 can be considered the start of it, there he was giving one of his 'Total Darkness' concerts. Later the musician decided to return, he gathered a group of British musicians and proposed them all to record sounds inside Birmingham...
Album of Finn McNicholas released recently on Audiobulb Records became the second one in his solo creative work after All The Darkness Has Gone To Details in 2006. Of no doubt, the new work is the continuation of creative line started in the first album. Even not just continuation but development of the own musician's theme. Acoustic guitar, strings, piano, electronic drums and mosaics of "home percussion" - claps, rustles, some other clanking recorded at home...
...This disc has limited edition - only 50 copies on Ripples Recordings, home page of which makes it clear: "Ripples Recordings is a small cdr label". Before getting acquainted with it I didn't know any musician who took part in it or even if I knew them, I hadn't kept them in mind. So this disc was a "dark horse", and you don't know what it's expected to do and you are really a little bit afraid of it...
Electric guitar, drum machine, in some places the theme is carried on with trumpet and trombone. You can feel powerful wish to create something unusual and beautiful, to mix all paints boiling up inside like a many-colored mass hearing the cherished word combination "avant-garde". But it seems that trying to make music more complicated, igOr got lost in his own wishes...
